You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service uses AI to generate plans, summaries, and insights. These outputs may contain errors and are provided as assistance, not as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYNGYN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
